I am a Shamanic practitioner. I began and continue to study under Ann Drake of Gloucester, Massachusetts in 2010. (http://www.anndrakesoulwork.com.) I trained in the Unani tradition of Shamanic Healing. Shamanic teaching dictates that one will practice in the traditions of the ground I work on. Therefore, I incorporate Native American traditions into my practice. The mix of both the homeopathy and shamanism is unique as they complement each other to heal mind, body and soul on a deeper level, naturally. The choice to use either or both modalities is a choice made together with my client.
I am grateful for the tools that I hold that enable me to help people live better, fuller and stronger lives. I am humbled by the pain and stories that I am told and am honored that I have been asked to be one small part in my client’s journeys to heal. There is a beautiful art & science to all of it. I find that sometimes the process is swift, but also find that sometimes the treatments must be done very gently.
Over the summer I was working an extreme amount of hours as a waitress at a fast paced restaurant and was not taking care of myself. Through poor diet, too much time at work, always moving and constant sleepless nights; I fell into poor health. I was in and out of the hospital. It was Susan who diagnosed me with iron deficiency anemia and who was able to bring me through to the other side; while the doctors were still doing testing. My energy went back up with my appetite.”
